1. Shipping Availability

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship across India.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders are processed only on business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • During sales, festive seasons, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines across India:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Customer location
  • Courier partner availability
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Remote or non-serviceable areas

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
  • We may offer free shipping on selected products, offers, or minimum order values.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  • Customers can track their orders using the tracking link provided after dispatch.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details during checkout.

Hasta Sutra will not be responsible for:

  • Delayed deliveries
  • Failed deliveries
  • Lost packages

caused due to incorrect shipping addresses, phone numbers, or incomplete information provided by the customer.


7. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • High order volume
  • Unforeseen logistical issues

In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.


8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • Please do not accept parcels that appear damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery.
  • If you receive a damaged package, contact us within 48 hours with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos/videos of the package and product

After verification, we will assist with a replacement, exchange, or resolution as applicable.


9. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Refusal to accept the package

the order may be returned to us by the courier partner.

In such cases:

  • Additional reshipping charges may apply
  • Refunds or store credits may exclude shipping charges

10. Reverse Pickup for Exchanges

  • Reverse pickup is available for most serviceable pincodes in India.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, customers may need to self-ship the product to our warehouse address shared by our support team.
