Return & Refund Policy – Hasta Sutra

At Hasta Sutra, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be:
    • Unused
    • Unwashed
    • In original condition
    • With all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact
  • Products that are used, washed, damaged after delivery, or missing tags/packaging will not be accepted.
  • Each order is eligible for only one return or exchange.
  • Orders purchased using Store Credit are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products purchased during clearance, discount, or special sale offers
  • Used, washed, or damaged items
  • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)

3. Refund Policy

  • We generally provide refunds only in the form of Store Credit.
  • Store Credit will be issued after the returned product successfully passes our quality check.
  • Store Credit is valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Refunds to the original payment method will only be provided in exceptional cases such as wrong or damaged products delivered by us.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • A short description of the problem

After verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Exchange
  • Store Credit
  • Refund (only in eligible cases)

5. Exchange Process

  • Exchange orders are processed once the original product is successfully picked up.
  • Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, our team will contact you with alternative options or provide Store Credit.

6. Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at Hasta.Sutra06@gmail.com
  2. Share your order details and reason for return/exchange
  3. Wait for approval and return instructions from our team

Please note:

  • Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
  • Products must pass our quality check before any exchange or store credit is issued.

7. Reverse Pickup & Self Shipping

  • Reverse pickup is available for most serviceable pincodes across India.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area:
    • You may self-ship the product to our warehouse address shared by our team.
    • Shipping compensation may be provided after successful quality check approval.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

9. Important Notes

  • Minor color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings and are not considered defects.
  • Handcrafted, printed, or fabric-based products may have slight irregularities, which are part of the product’s uniqueness.
  • Hasta Sutra reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
  • The final decision regarding returns, exchanges, refunds, and store credits will remain with Hasta Sutra.
